All parcels over $100.00 will require a signature, so if you aren’t home a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from your local post office.
AUSTRALIA: We offer a flat rate on purchases within Australia of *$11.00. This includes tracking your parcel with Australia Post. Delivery time of your order will vary in accordance with your post code.

NEW ZEALAND: We offer flat rate shipping to New Zealand for just $21.00. Tracking included.
INTERNATIONAL: We ship all over the World. International rates will vary depending on weight & destination. Please note that customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes. The prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country and is the sole responsibility of the receiver.
N.B. In cases where the customer fails to collect their parcel from the destination Post Office and goods are sent back to BAG iT RG, the customer is responsible for all postage costs. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY POSTAGE COSTS ALREADY INCURRED AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR COSTS TO RETURN GOODS. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR FAILURE TO COLLECT GOODS.

RETURNS POLICY:1. You may return new, unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Must be in original condition and original packaging.
2. NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON SALE ITEMS.
3. NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN ON UNDERWEAR INCLUDING FLESH BODYSUITS.
4. We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
5. You should expect to receive your refund within a couple of days of us receiving your item, however this will also depend on the time it takes for you bank to process our refund request.

Any defect of the object must be reported within fourteen days of purchase via email to email@example.com sending a picture of the item and the receipt of purchase.
The validity of the guarantee is subject to the fact that the articles have been used correctly and the rules of use and maintenance have been observed.
Defects caused by: incorrect handling, use of force, excessive load, dirt or moisture are not covered by the warranty.
Failure to use in non-approved FIG carpet will impair the warranty from the first day.
Being consumable materials, the normal aesthetic and physical wear and tear due to use does not imply the guarantee.
