SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING:  We do not ship to Parcel Collect or PO BOX addresses. If you choose this option you do so at your own risk.

AUSTRALIA:  We offer a flat rate on purchases within Australia of *$12.50. This includes tracking your parcel with Australia Post.  Delivery time of your order will vary in accordance with your post code.

*EXCLUDES BULK ORDERS. Please email for a shipping quote on all bulk orders. i.e. More than 2 pieces of the same equipment (hoops,clubs,balls,ropes) deliverable to the same location.

INTERNATIONAL:  We ship all over the World.  International rates will vary depending on weight & destination. Please note that customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes. The prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country and is the sole responsibility of the receiver. We are unable to ship hoops internationally to some destinations.

N.B. In cases where the customer fails to collect their parcel from the destination Post Office and goods are sent back to BAG iT RG, the customer is responsible for all postage costs.  WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY POSTAGE COSTS ALREADY INCURRED AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR COSTS TO RETURN GOODS. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR FAILURE TO COLLECT GOODS.

  1. DISPATCH: You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been sent. PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT.

2. NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON SALE ITEMS.

3. NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN ON UNDERWEAR INCLUDING FLESH BODYSUITS.

4. We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

5. *RETURNS POLICY: Strictly 7 days from receipt of purchase. All items must be returned unused/unworn and in original condition & packaging.   All postage costs for incorrect size will be incurred by the consumer. A ‘POSTAGE PAID’ return satchel must be included with returned items or an exchange cannot be performed. For refunds, once goods have been received & inspected, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once processed you’ll receive funds back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days depending on your financial institute. All refunds will be less processing fees and the percentage of the fees will depend on your chosen payment method.

PASTORELLI WARRANTY

Any defect of the object must be reported within fourteen days of purchase via email to info@bagitrg.com sending a picture of the item and the receipt of purchase.

The validity of the guarantee is subject to the fact that the articles have been used correctly and the rules of use and maintenance have been observed.

Defects caused by: incorrect handling, use of force, excessive load, dirt or moisture are not covered by the warranty.

Failure to use in non-approved FIG carpet will impair the warranty from the first day.

Being consumable materials, the normal aesthetic and physical wear and tear due to use does not imply the guarantee.
